Inspiration***

Inspiration comes to me in many ways... it could be a piece of china, the pattern of the stars, a color I see in a glass of wine an amazing meal or exotic sound.... or it can be in experiences, a group of people laughing and wanting to re-create the essence of that moment, a fond memory conveyed by a fragrance ...whatever it is that moves you we can design an experience that will ignite your soul! I want to invite you to peruse a few of these moments...

  • Details***

It is in the smallest details that the magic of a moment is Reveal***ed. I never want a guest to feel that after arriving at an event that they have experienced everything the moment has to offer after the 3rd tray passed appetizer and a cockatil. My MO ,as the name conveys, is to constantly  Reveal*** elements throughout the evening so that guest will never want to leave and they want for more when they must! Or to give them a select moment that they will never forget. And it all comes down to the details and in some way creating a way to make each guest feel they are a part of something bigger than a simple dinner party, wedding or corporate obligation. If you give one amazing experience, you will  have friends begging to be on your A-list!

  • Place Card Crustinis

A lovely dinner party in the garden! Guests were treated to an Old World Italian feast... These had an obvious function but were a wonderfully appropriate and unexpected addition to the presentation of the salads upon which they were placed. And each guest knew they had been hand picked to attend this initmate gathering to be recognized so warmly.I designed this Tuscany by the Sea dinner party along with Dawn Schenkel of Premier W.E.D.

    An Evening with Grace....Ormonde

A rare and wonderful moment to design for renowned wedding and event guru, Grace Ormonde. It was bestowed on me to design a table experience for her. We decided to go with a "top of the glass" theme, conveying the effervescent, elated feeling one has when champagne bubbles tickle your nose! Even the invitation was written on a glass "bubble"! This placecard also served as a lovely give away.

  • Kiss me I'm Irish!

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day this year, my clients wanted to blend Old Irish customs into their Luck of the Irish dinner party. Guests arrived to sign and kiss the Blarney stone just before stepping into a virtual beer garden including a tree stump beer stand and and Irishman's dream, frosted beer mugs "growing" from trees! Once seated for dinner each had their own lymric or blessing to share with the group. A traditional Irish menu was served including homemade soda bread. Glasses clinking, bellows of laughter and tunes of Ireland in the background....This dinner party was a collaboration with Tara Stouder-Milam of Lavish.

Celebrity Tablescapes
The T.J. Martell Foundation hosted their annual Celebrity Tablescapes on September 22-23, 2008 at the Hilton Downtown. Decorators and celebrities united to create elaborate place settings for ultimate entertaining. Professional members of the design community judged the tables and awarded prizes for the most creative designs. Four teams received awards: The team of Bama Estes Wood of Design Concierge, Jennifer Neal Edwards of Reveal Event Style and Mark Venuti teamed with celebrity columnist Beverly Keel to design the “For the Love of Jeff” tablescape, which was created in memory of Emmy Award-winning television producer Jeff Tarkington, who died of cancer in 2007. Additional winners included: · Best Theme: “Island Boy,” designed by the Iron Gate with Kenny Chesney as the celebrity · Most Whimsical: “Doggone Modern,” designed by Cabana, Midtown Café and Sunset Grill with Pre To Post Modern and High Brow featuring Robert Reynolds as the celebrity · Most Elegant: “Ice,” designed by the wives of the Nashville Predators and Jon Munsey with the Tulip Tree. The wives of the Nashville Predators were the celebrities. This year, a People’s Choice award was presented during the luncheon. The Nashville Predators wives’ tablescape, “Ice” was the winner.
I designed the table which was crafted by Mark Venuti of MADE
