Destination Event services begin at $3000 in addition to lodging and per diem for Jennifer Neal Edwards and REVEAL staff.

 Policy***

  All but the design and labor fees are negotiable. Should you require a second revision, a $75 revision fee must be paid before the revision is released. Once the client signs a contract with REVEAL EVENT STYLE any revision fees will be credited to the total design fee. REVEAL EVENT STYLE is open to working with preferred vendors of the client. Once the client signs a contract with REVEAL EVENT STYLE, 30% of the total is due. Any purchases necessary during the planning process which are not covered by the 30% deposit, funds will be reqested by REVEAL EVENT STYLE and not purchased until funds are recieved. The client may also submit a credit card number with REVEAL EVENT STYLE to make such purchases which it is our responsibility to aquire confirmation of each transaction by the client or person of accountability. 50% of total bill must be paid 3 months prior to event. Changes may be made until 14 days prior to event at which time 100% of the bill is due. Should any additional purchases be made after final payment of initial billing, these items will be sent by invoice to the client and due 30 days after the event.

In the event of a cancellation, funds returned will be based on the proxemity of the event from the date of cancellation and purchases which cannot be recovered.  The 30% deposit is not refundable. Norefund will be honored if cancellation is witin two weeks of the event. 

 It is the responsibility of the client to pay the vendors. It is a courtesy of Reveal Event Style to facilitate payments to the vendors. Payments due to vendors after the event are the full responsibility of the client.
